CFLCA Farmworker Scholarship Applications

CFLCA is pleased to announce the application process for our 2018 Farmworker Scholarships. Over the past three years, CFLCA has awarded over $100,000 in scholarships for the children of, and also those who work for California-based farm labor contractors. Unfortunately, we do not provide scholarships for those whose employment is with growers, ranchers, or packers. The employment must be with a licensed farm labor contractor.

Besides having a father, mother, or self who works for a farm labor contractor, the completed application packet must include:

  3. A one-page typed resume of your work, community service, educational and extra curricular activities.
  4. One letter of recommendation (from a teacher, or an employer, or a volunteer organization)
  5. Most recent official school or college transcript (copies are acceptable).
  6. Proof of college acceptance letter or current student enrollment
  7. Copy of check stub verifying direct family member has worked for FLC in past 12 months.
