Ag Supervisor Pre-Harvest Training
Management & Compliance

Program Presented in Spanish

Among our greatest assets, but also potentially our greatest liabilities, are our supervisors and mayordomos/crew leaders.  They have many responsibilities to manage the workforce, and also to maintain compliance with many, many regulations.  With worsening labor shortages, and increasingly complex laws, supervisors need to stay current on changes in the workforce, and changes in regulatory compliance requirements.  Your new and experienced supervisory staff will benefit from our highly interactive and informative workshop to enhance their compliance and personnel management skills.
