SB 1087 FLC Sexual Harassment Prevention
Instructor Training Certification

Spanish & English Sessions
Space is limited to 35 persons per session

SB 1087 created new requirements for farm labor contractors for sexual harassment prevention training and documentation.   Unlike other employers, FLCs must train all supervisors on harassment prevention every year, and must train all other employees at time of hire, and then every two years.  These requirements are in addition to the prior AB 1825 requirements for employers of 50 or more to train supervisory staff every two years.
