Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities: COVID-19 Prevention & Safety Management

Available online or onsite, in English or Spanish

Cal/OSHA requires all employers have an Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) along with a COVID-19 Prevention Program and are actively enforcing regulations. Ensure that your front-line supervisors, mayordomos, and crew leaders understand how to effectively implement these programs and enforce policies to keep your workforce safe and prepared for agency inspections. Attendees will learn:

  • Current Cal/OSHA requirements
  • Proactive solutions to common compliance issues
  • How to identify and correct hazards
  • Up to date COVID-19 prevention strategies
  • Proper response and documentation of injuries and COVID-19 exposures
  • How to conduct effective tailgate meetings
  • What's next for COVID-19 compliance post vaccination
