How do I attend the virtual Forum?

Register online by November 16 (CFLCA Members must be signed in to the CFLCA website to receive the member discount).

All sessions will be presented remotely over the internet. Four days before the forum you will receive a reminder email with specific instructions on how to log into the event platform and how to join a session with a simple click of your mouse. Be sure to check your spam folder for event emails.

When is the deadline to register?

Monday, November 16 is the last day to register.

The last day to receive the early bird registration rate is October 24.

The last day to receive the standard registration rate is November 9.

Can multiple people attend under a single registration?

No, each individual must register for the forum using their unique email address (multiple attendees cannot use the same email).

What technology do I need?

A stable internet connection through a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or smart phone can all access the virtual event- you do not need to download any additional applications. An audio connection with speakers is required. A working camera and microphone are recommended to network with other attendees for face to face meetings, but are not required.

The recommended browsers are Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

Can I join a session after it has started?

Yes, you can join a session after the start time, but be aware that you will enter part way through as it is presented live; the session will not start at the beginning.

What if I want to attend two sessions at the same time?

Two sessions cannot be viewed simultaneously. Select one session to attend and when the second session concludes a recording will be made available for you to view. Almost all sessions will be recorded and available to view upon conclusion of the session- those which will not be recorded will be noted in the session description.

Can I access sessions after they are scheduled?

Yes, though we encourage you to participate in real time so you can ask the expert presenters your questions and engage with other attendees. Almost all sessions will be recorded and available to view upon conclusion of the session- those which will not be recorded will be noted in the session description. The virtual event page will be accessible with all recorded sessions for 30 days after the event.

Will there be materials provided for the sessions?

When presenters provide materials or handouts, they will be available as links to download in the session description.  

How can I connect with other attendees?

Attendees can engage with each other through the text chat in the lobby of the virtual event. Each individual session also offers a text chat to discuss the topic during, and after the session to continue the conversation.

Attendees can set up one-on-one video, voice, or chat meetings with one another through the “Attendees” page in the virtual event. View attendee profiles and send a request to connect with a fellow attendee. Once each person has approved the connection, you can enjoy private conversations and schedule meetings.

How can I ask the presenters questions?

    1. Attend the presentation live and use the session chat to type your question. The moderator will manage questions for the presenters during the question and answer period at the end of each session.
    2. Find the presenter on the “Attendees” page and request to connect with them. Note that each person must approve the connection before meetings can be arranged.

      How do I find exhibitors and sponsors?

      Visit the "Exhibit Hall” page in the virtual event to view the Ag Labor Forum exhibitors and click on a logo to enter the virtual booth and learn about business solutions, find special offers, and request more information.

      Many exhibitors offer the option to chat via text in their booth or request a one-on-one chat or video call with a representative and have your questions answered personally.

      What about lunch?

      Unfortunately CFLCA caterers are unable to deliver across the entire state to enjoy the refreshments you have come to expect during the Annual Ag Labor Forum. Instead take a 15 minute break (11:50am-12:05pm) after a morning full of expert analyses and insights and bring your lunch to enjoy with our premier keynote speakers each day.

      Can I cancel my Forum registration?

      Yes, registration cancellation requests must be submitted by November 10 and will be subject to an administrative fee of $25. No shows or failure to submit requests by November 10 will forfeit all registration fees. Submit cancellation requests to
