CFLCA provides required, convenient to attend and regularly updated compliance and best practices information through our online FLC 9-Hour programs. On-line and in-person CFLCA programs are approved by the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) to fulfill the requirement of nine hours of continuing education for FLC licensing and annual renewal. Plus, enjoy the comfort of your own space and no travel while you learn from the best instructors around.
Our agricultural employer compliance seminars are valuable to all agricultural employers and their key staff. Classes offer a wide range of information, including updates on new labor laws; wage and hour requirements; Cal OSHA requirements; worker transportation issues; effective supervisor and management training and best practices; plus the two-hour requirement and certificate on sexual harassment prevention.
About our on-line training:
Due to limited capacity, we are unable to grant refunds. "The class was good. I think it was better than the class in person. It was so good that I became a member of CFLCA during the class. I felt like I was able to learn more than in previous years when I did it in person. I hope to do the class again next year online and recommend other contractors to this online class." -- Juan, JM Perez Farm Labor
"Thanks for a great 9 hour web experience! Wasn’t sure what to expect but it was very informative and I left with a list of items to follow-up with." -- Luz, Del Sol Harvesting
"I really enjoyed this class and I hope you continue with the web classes. Thanks for the pleasant experience and to the educators who are highly knowledgeable and provide plenty of info. If you offer these type of classes in the future, I will be attending. See you in two years, hopefully!!" -- Richard Valenzuela, FLC
