New Benefit for 2020 -- CFLCA Webinars!

Attend this highly informative session from the comfort of your own chair. Seminar attendance is free to all CFLCA members and $25 for non-members. 

Starting July 1, 2020, California Employers with more than 100 employees will be required (if they do not already have a qualified retirement plan available to their employees) to participate in CalSavers. CalSavers is a new program overseen by a public board, chaired by the State Treasurer. In a nutshell – CalSavers requires employers to deduct 5% of participating employees’ wages and forward that money to CalSavers so it can be deposited into the employee’s CalSavers Roth IRA account. Webinar will cover the basics of what the CalSavers program means to your business and productive alternatives to make an informed decision as to what is best for your business and employees
