"Providing Jobs That Feed The World"

Grower Category -- CFLCA Can Help You!

CFLCA was founded in 2008 by Guadalupe Sandoval with the initial support of a large grower and his five FLCs who all understood the impacts of joint employment liabilities.

CFLCA provides specialty services for farm labor contractors, growers and affiliated agriculture industry companies. We are committed to helping the industry achieve and maintain compliance and best practices for managing agricultural labor. CFLCA helps provide safe, healthy, and respectful places of employment for California's farm workers.

Grower Members receive informational resources, reliable references for FLC services, and discounts on training services to ensure compliant practices in labor management and safety.  Members are committed to maintaining positive grower/FLC relationships and effectively managing liability in the joint employment environment. Together we provide essential jobs that help feed the world.

We invite you to learn about CLFCA's value to the industry and to your business interests.

“With less people pursuing jobs in agriculture, it is more important than ever to attract and retain top talent as the industry adopts new technologies. By joining CFLCA, we have gained a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of farm labor contracting and its regulatory complexities allowing my company to truly partner with our FLCs to implement best practices and be an employer of choice for agriculturalists. For us, the choice is clear, we must provide the best for our employees today or we may not be in business tomorrow. For our FLCs, if you want to work with us, membership in CFLCA is a must.” -- Jeff, Grower
