H2-A Compliance and

Best Practices Training

Labor shortages and declining regular work hours for farm workers are driving agricultural employers to consider supplemental H2A Visa workers.  This program is complex and changing.  Come learn the latest from enforcement personnel, an H2A attorney; an FLC serving as a provider of H2A workers to other FLCs, and housing enforcement personnel.  Avoid the pitfalls that have cost others millions of dollars and debarment from the program.  Learn if this program might be right for you.
