The 16th Annual Ag Labor Forum provides vital resources and timely updates to help employers, managers, HR professionals, and other key team members navigate the evolving regulatory requirements and challenges facing California agriculture. Through English and Spanish educational sessions, attendees will gain practical strategies and solutions to address issues impacting Farm Labor Contractors and the agricultural community.
Industry experts will cover the latest laws and regulations, worker safety and health, labor management best practices, effective business strategies, and other critical topics affecting agricultural employers today.
The Forum begins at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, with an opening session and welcome reception. This networking event offers an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues, meet industry experts, and kick off the conference experience. Full conference sessions will take place on November 19–20 at Chaminade Resort & Spa and conclude by midday on Friday, November 20.

Hotel Accommodations
A discounted Ag Labor Forum guest room rate of $205 plus tax is available at Chaminade Resort & Spa. To receive the conference rate, reservations must be made by October 19, 2026, or before the room block sells out, whichever occurs first.
The conference package includes:
• Breakfast on forum dates (November 19–20)
• Waived overnight parking fees
• Reduced resort fee of $5 per night (regularly $40 per night)
• Discounted rate available up to two days before and after the event, subject to availability
Room block deadline: October 19, 2026 (subject to availability).
Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted by November 12th and will be subject to an administrative fee of $50 (waived for CFLCA members). No shows or failure to submit requests by November 12th will forfeit all registration fees.
