CFLCA provides required and regularly updated compliance and best practices information through our FLC 9-Hour programs. The CFLCA programs are approved by the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) to fulfill the requirement of nine hours of continuing education for FLC licensing and annual renewal.
Our ag employer compliance seminars are valuable to all agricultural employers and their key staff. These classes offer a wide range of information, including updates on: new labor laws; wage and hour requirements; Cal OSHA requirements; worker transportation issues; effective management and best practices; plus the two-hour requirement and certificate on sexual harassment prevention.
