The 15th Annual Ag Labor Forum provides vital resources and crucial updated information to help employers, managers, HR professionals, and other key team members understand the critical regulatory requirements and challenges facing our industry. English and Spanish sessions over two days will explore strategies and solutions to help address the many challenges impacting FLCs and the agricultural community. Industry experts will delve into the most current laws and regulations; worker safety and health issues; best practices in labor management; effective business strategies; and more!

The conference kicks off on November 19 with an opening session and welcome reception at the Madonna Inn. This is a great opportunity to connect with colleagues, meet industry experts, and set the stage for the full forum experience. The main conference sessions on November 20–21 will take place at Embassy Suites San Luis Obispo.
