Supervisor Training: Protecting the Company & Workforce in a New Union Climate

How can you prepare your company, safeguard your clients, and ensure legal obligations are respected given the new union ‘card check’ legislation (AB2183)? Train your workforce! Front line supervisors are your conduit for managing concerns and facilitating communication between workers and the company- and they can be your greatest liability. Make sure they understand the implications of this new law, the unionization process, compliance regulations, and how their actions could incur fines from the ALRB of up to $25,000. Register your team for this training, geared towards supervisors and mayordomos.

CANCELLATION POLICY:Due to limited capacity, we are unable to grant refunds. Registration fees may be credited to a future course when requested a minimum of 72 hours in advance and will be subject to a transfer fee of $25. Transfer fees will be waived for CFLCA members. No shows or failure to submit requests 72 hours in advance will forfeit all registration fees.
