Train the Trainer: Harassment Prevention (online)
Learn what it takes to be a Harassment Prevention trainer, qualified to administer legally compliant training for supervisors and non-supervisory employees. This seminar will provide the necessary knowledge and resources for you to conduct training programs on the prevention of harassment, bullying, retaliation, and other forms of related discrimination as mandated by California state laws including:
- Annual 2-hour supervisor training
- Time of hire non-supervisory employee training
California Civil Rights Department guidelines require qualified harassment instructors to have two-years of experience in:
- Providing harassment prevention training, or
- Responding to claims of harassment or discrimination, or
- Investigating claims of harassment or discrimination.
All participants must be registered and will receive a certificate of completion and resources from the seminar. Multiple individuals can participate via a single connection.

Train the Trainer: Heat Illness Prevention (online)
This 2.5hrs online seminar for mayordomos, supervisors, HR, and safety personnel provides practical and interactive education on how to prevent, recognize, and respond to heat illness. Participants will also examine how to implement policies to protect workers and methods to provide effective heat illness prevention training for employees. Participants will leave with a greater understanding of:
- Cal/OSHA Heat Illness Prevention standards and real world applications.
- Common violations and how to avoid them.
- Enforcement & regulatory updates.
- Critical issues for worker health and safety and liability concerns.
- How to conduct effective training and assure compliance.
All participants must be registered and will receive a certificate of completion and resources from the seminar.

Harvest Safety for Managers (online)
A successful harvest maintains compliance with Cal/OSHA regulations, mitigates safety risks, and keeps operations running smoothly. Participate in this specialized training for supervisors, HR personnel, vineyard managers, and FLCs to better manage the range of worker safety issues, reducing injuries and workers’ compensation costs, including:
- Identifying potential safety concerns.
- Common injury exposures and controls.
- Equipment safety for operators and workers.
- Managing nightwork, heat, and smoke hazards.
- Understanding environmental & behavioral risk factors.
All participants must be registered and will receive a certificate of completion and resources from the seminar. Multiple individuals can participate via a single connection.

Cancellation Policy
Due to limited capacity, we are unable to grant refunds. Registration fees may be credited to a future course when requested a minimum of 72 hours in advance and will be subject to a transfer fee of $50. Transfer fees will be waived for CFLCA members. No shows or failure to submit requests 72 hours in advance will forfeit all registration fees.
Multiple attendees can participate via a single connection (all must be registered).
