CFLCA signed onto a coalition letter in partnership with Fisher Phillips and 10 other organizations to express concerns about the H2-A Supplemental Notice requirement. We requested that edits be made immediately to the requirement and that the implementation deadline be delayed until the deficiencies are addressed.

CFLCA represents the critical role that FLC's play in providing the labor needed to feed the world. We advocate for FLC's on state and federal issues and keep our members up to date on issues that impact them and their business interests.

How do we engage in the political arena?

Network and build relationships with industry alliances
Share industry perspectives and expertise with policy makers
Continually monitor and report on relevant legislation
Provide testimony and regulatory language when appropriate
Direct funds through our Political Action Com
Have contacts with and visit directly with legislators as warranted
Forward advocacy campaigns on pertinent issues.

CFLC PAC

The California Farm Labor Contractor Political Action Committee (CFLCPAC) supports candidates seeking public office on the state and federal levels that favor the causes of FLCs and the constituency that we serve. By contributing to our PAC, you will be working to promote the voice of our industry. Please consider making a donation in whatever amount most appropriate for you and your budget.

Our PAC's top priorities include:

Increase PAC funds to enhance FLC voice in future election campaigns
Identify state legislative proposals of impact to agricultural labor management
Identify state legislators supportive of agribusiness community and issues
Identify and support potential candidates to support in elections
